  • At Least One (1) CSEC Pass or Pass In HEART/NSTA Trust Entry Test
  • Tax Registration Number (TRN)
  • Passport-sized Photograph
  • Birth Certificate
  • Registration: Monday – Thursday 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
