The Property Committee has responsibility for maintaining and improving the property of the Church and manse in consultation with the Trustee Board

The Property Manager and Assistant shall:-

  • Ensure that the Church’s properties are adequately secured, maintained, and developed
  • Spearhead the building programmes of the Church
  • Supervise the duties and responsibilities of the Caretaker
  • Supervise the duties and responsibilities of the Cleaners
  • Keep a half-yearly inventory of all Church equipment and property
  • Be responsible for the beautification of the Church building and grounds
  • Advice on matters relating to the Church’s properties.
