The Property Committee has responsibility for maintaining and improving the property of the Church and manse in consultation with the Trustee Board
The Property Manager and Assistant shall:-
- Ensure that the Church’s properties are adequately secured, maintained, and developed
- Spearhead the building programmes of the Church
- Supervise the duties and responsibilities of the Caretaker
- Supervise the duties and responsibilities of the Cleaners
- Keep a half-yearly inventory of all Church equipment and property
- Be responsible for the beautification of the Church building and grounds
- Advice on matters relating to the Church’s properties.
